At Eva Minge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you can return any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
